Minggu yang sgt sibuk.Ekceli dh upload Budget Submission Pack in T drive.Each unit bule la retrieve for budget request.They have to submit everything by tomorrow.So I can consol b4 uploading all the data into SAP system.I'm thinking time dorg sume cuti raya,me alone at Level 71 do the uploading.Pasang lagu raya kuat2.Tapau la kuih raya dr umah.Best giler.

Byk benda lg outstanding sbnrnye...Strategic Planning Pack x redy lg,monitoring of fixed assets,database for exhibition,refiling (bkn la filing yg sedia ada ni x ok,but susah sgt nk carik docs yg related for certain exhibition...haru).Since Qtr 2...apa lg,kena prepare Variance Report la.Qtr 2 maksudnye dh Mid Yr.Pasni mesti bz dgn Mid Year Performance Review (MYPR).

Day to day works cam check payment & claim,monitor Budget Control Register (BCR) utk expenses,liaise with HR berjalan cam biasa.

aku cuti - nuzul quran..tapi kl tak cuti so ayang kene lah kerje....dalam kol 11 kalau tak salah dia msg aku ajak berbuka sekali...best jugak...lagipun kalau kat umah aku berbuka sengsorg aje...so dalam kol 3 tu aku suruh lah angah hantar ke stesen komuter...lepas beli tiket semua dok lah menunggu komuter nie...tak jugak sampai sampai..kenapa yerk komuter nie selalu nak menyusahkan aku...aku benci komuter
sampai je klcc aku g asar dulu...then tgu jap sesambil tgk org dok main muzik ayang pun datang...
kesian dia...baru abis meeting katanye....patut kene balik lewat...sori lewat bagai....takpe lah yang...apa sangat 30 minit tu kalau nak banding masa menunggu ayang kembali dalam hidup abg...then..pastu kami pun jejalan lah...sesambil dok pikir apa bende nak makan berbuka nanti...so masa pun hampir nak time...aku cadang makan je reringan dulu-solat-then baru makan berat...ok katanye...
beli lah air ng roti..then solat pastu baru kami g makan...makan nando..aduh..kenyang sangat
selalu makan sengsorg sikit aje aku makan...nie makan banyak lak...
then lepas makan kami pun balik lah naik komuter...nasib baik lah org tak ramai..boleh lah duduk ...naik komuter berhenti kat telok gadung then ayang antau aku balik..seronok sangat

ok...then kami ada keluar lagi....kali nie g berbuka puasa kat umah baru ayah/ibu kat tanjung karang....tapi dah pun diceritekan...so sama aje cume versi berbeza...
semalam kami kuar lagi....nak g amik baju raya mama n berbuka sama...so kami keluar lah dalam kol 4 lebih kurang tu g puchong-amik baju - g bazaar - beli juadah berbuka - asar (lewat) - berbuka - maghrib - g jusco - balik
memula tu tak berapa nak seronok......tapi lelama its getting better...seronok sangat
time g jusco tu sempat lah aku beli t shirt , kemeja ng seluar....semua selai..shoping raya lah tu
so rasanye kire ok lah...takde apa yg tak best..kalau ada pun ayang aku dah cover balik ng keseronokan lepas tu
tapi apa yg dikesalkan apa yg cuba dielak apa yg tak nak terjadi dah pun terjadi....aku agak kecewa juga...takpelah...insyaallah..ya allah..bantulah aku hamba mu yang lemah ini..berilah petunjuk dan pertolangan kepada ku...amin amin
oklah...aku tak berapa nak ada mood sebenarnye...kang takut apa yang aku tulis nie tak leh jugak update...just take care semua...

Wake up late,settled cleaning up my room.A lot of unused items need to be thrown away (why I still keep those junks? sigh...).Packed some of my clothes,rarely wear those to transfer to Puchong.I think better for me to start transfer things to Puchong.Then I finished my laundry.Mylove texted to inform that he'll pick me up around 4.Actually mylove has arranged buka puasa with ayah n ibu at their new home,@ Kg Sg Gulang-gulang,Tg Karang.

So I made Kuih Bijan to bring along.Mama,so baik hati cooked Ikan Siakap Msk Asam Pedas.Thanks mama.We arrived around 6pm.The house is very nice n cute.Pandai ibu decorate rumah tu.Very quiet n calm area,nama pon kg.Actually the house is not 100% ready.But insya Allah everything will be finish for Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

Buka puasa with nasi beriyani,bubur lambuk,n kuih muih (kuih bijan,keria,puteri ayu n cara berlauk).We went home immediately after Maghrib prayer coz ayah n ibu wanna go to the mosque to perform Terawikh.

Later that night Mie called,it has been quite sometimes we didn't contact each other.Actually I have texted him 2-3 times but no reply.He was so shocked to hear my latest news.Guess what,he also getting married soon,Dec 2008.We talked n talked.He asked me abt my love story.When it was his turn,he has to hang up n promised to call next time.We've been friend for abt 11 years.We started with MIRC long2 time ago.At that time I was using one of comic character (Autumn)as my nickname,dia pon sama (Naga Hitam).Our faveret spot is Sg Wang Plaza.Or if he got things to do with Maxis,he'll ring n we'll enjoy teh tarik together.Every Ramadan,he fill in my slot at least for once for buka posa.But not this year n actually i totally forgotten him.To Mie,I do hope our friendship last forever.

Our session started a bit late.We've discussed a lot of things.Some of us came out with very brilliant ideas.N Tengku agreed with Rahel;we have to attract people to come to GALERI first then we go for reach-out prgm.There are a lot of prgms line up for next financial year.I know next year will be another good year for GALERI.Honestly,I'm very happy with my job now even I've to cover every aspect in GALERI which not fall under Exhibition,Collection Mgt,Special Prgm,Venue & Facilities Mgt and Marketing.

During my time in Finance,I knew my daily routine espc from 8.30am till 12.30noon.From reviewing bank statement online,fund mgt,collection,disbursement,investment,TREMA,Testkey,SWIFT,MYR,FCY etc.Afternoon,I'll check payment instruction eg cheque,TT,DD & CPS-Autopay.

Went home sharp at 4pm,n Mama prepared one of my faveret dishes,Ketam Msk Sambal.Sedap giler.

Nothing much,bz printing all attachments such as Guidelines, Template, Presentation Pack and filed it.I'll try to finish all my budget packs 1st week of Oct for review by K Sherry and approve by Tengku.So that by the time I'm on marriage leave,everything is ready and if any amendment needed,I can get help from Khalid or K Maziyah.

Sharp at 4pm,I grabbed my bag and went home.Baba n Cuman arrived from Malacca late afternoon.Pijan,Roha n Ayish also here.Even Olan already at home when I arrived.Actually mama invited mylove to buka puasa together with us.However ayah n ibu went back to Andalas n gonna buka puasa with mylove.Insya Allah,next time.

So tomorrow we have another session of Strategic Planning.This time with Tengku to finalize what we've done on Wednesday.

We continued our Strategic Planning Workshop on Wednesday (whole day...sigh).All execs were there except Ratna.Her father admitted coz very ill.By end the day,we still can't finish it (SWOT & Key Strategies Initiative).I managed to present my Budget Kick-off Pack to all.They were very happy coz we've prepared the template n they only key-in figures (espc Lan).

Btw,mylove agreed to buka puasa with me at KLCC. Selangor kan cuti Nuzul Quran...Once we decided to continue on Friday together with Tengku,I juz packed my things n straight away went down as mylove already arrived.As I arrived in front of bubble lift,I saw mylove standing among crowd.Since we don't have any plan,we juz went up n down,in n out of shops.Finally,we decided to have dinner at Nando's after Maghrib prayer.So mylove had a sardine pie n a bottle of Twister Apple Juice to batalkan puasa.After Maghrib,we headed to Nando's,unfortunately long queue.We waited quite sometimes.We ordered 2 sets of 1/4 qtr (mild) plus 2 side orders (Mediterranean Rice n Coleslaw).Bottomless Strawberry for mylove n ice lemon tea for me.

We took our commuter at KL Station instead of KL Sentral.We continued our never-end chit-chat in the commuter.We stopped at Teluk Gadong Stn where I parked my Baby-Kell.Then I drove him home.

I love spend time with mylove, x jemu2.One thing for sure I really appreciate his willingness to come over to KLCC via commuter.To abg,I love you so much.Ayg xkn jemu bgtau abg betapa sygnye ayg pada abg,betapa ayg hargai kasih syg & perhatian abg pada ayg,betapa pentingnye abg dlm idup ayg.Ayg doa byk2,moga Allah rahmati hubungan kita dunia akhirat.Semoga perjalanan hidup kita bersama dipermudahkan-Nya dgn berkat doa restu parents kita.

Arini bz sesgt...Patutnye kul 9am join discussion dgn K Sherry n Anu on Economic Environment Analysis for GALERI PETRONAS.Anu dtg lmbt n later,K Sherry asked me to join meeting organize by PRC on loan of library items.So gilah Level 4,ada 5 org yg attend that meeting 2 from PRC,1 rep from DFP,iPerintis n me(GALERI).PRC dh salalh org,they thot that GALERI is a subsi but ekceli we r under PHCO...poyo jek.They also plan nk bg contract staff pinjam buku from PRC but HR kena take note.They will send letter of understanding on that.So I suggest to them,instead send letter to GALERI,they should send it to HR PHCO.So that all contract staff from PHCO can access n borrow books from PRC.

After that I went to ARC,GALERI to check on our barcode scanner.We've bought it for quite sometimes but can't work.After ding dong ding dong with En Zali n Roslan ARC,so I liaised direct with PRC.Allahhuakbar,x susah pon.Activate profile jek.Aduss...So dh ok dh barcode scanner tu.Even we all (me,Khalid n Roslan) created 1 staff in the database konon2 nk pinjam n pulang buku.Alhamdulillah berjaya.Rupa2nye,PRC need to create parameter on loan duration n no of item.Once created,then baru upload staff dlm database.Yeye...syukur sgt,selesai 1 perkara.What can I learnt today is that,jgn harap kt org sgt.Selagi bule wat sendiri,usahakan aje.Kalu x jd mcm kes ni...berkurun x setel2.

Ptg sibuk prepare pack GALERI Budget Kick-off for tomorrow.X siap pon agi...Wakaka.Arini blik dgn Wanie...sonot dpt sembg2 dgn dia.

N yg paling best,jumpa la alat yg wat putu mayam.Walaupon bkn kayu cam Cik Kiah Berek punya,tp bole lah.So bule la tambah lg biskut sarang semut tu.Penah tgk?

ok nak cerite apa yerk...dah 15hb September dah - sama dengan 15 ramadan...ramadan tahun nie ada best ada tak nye...yg best...mesti lah berpuasa as tunangan org...first time nie...seronak sangat...ramadan depan kalau ada umur dah tak jadi tunangan org dah (sedih nye :( )...tapi jadi laki org lak(hak hak lagi best rupenye :) )...insyaallah
yang tak best nye pulak...aku dok berbuka puasa sengsorg aje kat umah :(( ye la kan...angah sibuk berbuka umah si fara tu..epul lak dok berniaga air kat pasar ramadan sek. 3 shah alam nu tak ke aku tinggal sengsorg?? tapi...kesedihan bukan utk selamanya...semalam abg dapat berbuka ng ayang...seronok sangat..ye lah selama nie dok berbuka sengsorg aje tapi semalam dapat berbuka ng ayang kat umah mak...best betul...angah pun bawak tunang dia sekali datang berbuka sama..thanks semua...exspecially kat mak...thanks mak..kami semua sayang mak...

14 Ramadan 1429

Apa nk share kali ni yer? Byk bende jd dlm 1 minggu...(lani main bullet point jek, malas arr nk tulis pjg2).

1) Sibuk dgn budget training (kicked-off budget for PETRONAS Groupwide starting 1 Sept 2008 for Financial Year 2009/10).Btw, there are 6 budget packs that I need to prepare :-
General n Admin Budget - operation n day to day expenses
Fixed Assets - purchasing of fixed assets
Manpower Budget - salary/no of staff/new positions
Learning Budget - to budget training of staff
ICT Budget - Desktops,Laptops,LAN ID,Internet etc.
PRC Budget - to budget for books,magazines,journals etc.

2) Strategic Planning Workshop held on 09.09.08, Meeting Room 4206 - to discuss and foresee GALERI's coming events and key issues also to come out with initiatives for FY2009/10.

3) Start sending our wedding invitation cards to friends via mail

4) Assisted Kak Rofi for Majlis Sentuhan Kasih under Special Prgm for GALERI PETRONAS.We have 4 artists (Shahnaz with Clay Fridgemagnet, Zuzila with puppets n owl form paper plate,Adi with Kad Raya n Tanglong from paper plate n paper cup,Faizal with creative cards).From GALERI, Hakim n Hazrizan also took part on that Friday.For me,I really love to work with art and kids.We handled for almost 350 kids,n most of them love to colour.So next year Sentuhan Kasih,we promise to arrange for more colouring activities.I also helped to prepare letter pocket from paper plate.Kids can colour or paste papers based on their creativity.






5) Wat biskut sarang semut (arwah nenek slalu wat biskut ni dolu2)...Ghindunyer.Thanks to Roha,rajin dia nk tolong.Kalu x,mau ke ptg x siap2 lg biskut tu.
(guna penerap nk bg jurai2 mcm rupa sarang semut,lenguh giler tangan wat ni.Time arwah nek dulu guna kayu (Cik Kiah Berek punye)yg org wat putu mayam...mana nk carik ek?)

6) Wat onde2 buah melaka n bwk berbuka umah mak.Syukur coz dpt bekalkn skit utk baba berbuka dlm perjalanan blik Melaka ptg tu.

Alhamdulillah,sume puji both biskut sarang semut n onde2 buah melaka tu sedap...

Lamanye X Update

Arini genap 7 ari kita berpuasa, syukur sgt2 Allah bg peluang utk hidup sehingga kini.

1) Baba skg jg nek n atok kt kg (blik cni during weekend)
2) Kad kitorg dh siap
3) Cik Yati bg pahar kaler maroon (cun giler..).Syg Cik Yati.
4) X sempat lg berbuka dgn mylove...sob3x
5) Ntah apa lg...(lupa lorr)

Tu jelah wat masa ni. Nnt update agi.

1st Day Ramadan

Alhamdulillah, selesai ari pertama puasa arini.Sahur td sempat la pekena air nescafe & almond strudel.Bcoz sblm tido,mkn kebab yg Pijan beli.

Ekceli ari Khamis mlm tu nenek masuk spital coz jatuh,tangan retak.So mama baba blik Melaka dgn Acik Lan.Tinggal Olan n me jelah kat umah.

Friday morning ujan lebat,since Olan nk pakai keta so mintak dia anta sampai Klang.Jam truk giler.Sampai opis pon dh lmbt...
